Stainless steel is one of the best materials to use in landscape architecture. Designers are choosing this over other ferrous metals, aluminum, copper, and bronze for practical and aesthetic reasons.

Benefits of Using Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is extremely versatile for exterior uses. It is also lightweight and easy to transport. Furthermore, the metal offers a unique combination of aesthetic and mechanical benefits.

Aesthetic Qualities

The material is available in a wide variety of standard and special shapes. Some of these include:

  • hollow rectangular sections

These can be either rolled or laser fused profiles to produce an accurate finished product with clean lines and square edges. Our special profiles are available in finishes such as brushed, highly polished, or coated to accommodate any designer’s unique vision.

Stainless steel is the product of choice because it will not rust or develop a patina. The alloy in our special shapes and special profiles contains a natural coating that prevents oxidation. This metal does not succumb to the effects of damage due to exposure to pollutants, water, heat, or most chemicals. In fact, it will last a very long time when exposed to the elements.
